Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We encourage you to review your order carefully before placing it, and our team is always happy to assist you in selecting the perfect product.
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days (beginning the day after you receive your goods), provided the following conditions are met:
- Notification: Please contact us at info@dokiltd.co.uk to initiate your return. We cannot accept returned items without prior notification.
- Condition: Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all original price labels and tags. We strictly cannot accept the return of any items that have been used for hygiene reasons.
- Method: Returns can be made by post or in person at our shop.
- Shipping Costs: Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned items, your refund will be processed via the original payment method.
- Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.
- If you have not received your refund within this period, please contact us at info@dokiltd.co.uk.
Damaged & Broken Items
Due to the fragile nature of our products, breakages can occasionally occur during transit despite our best efforts.
If you receive a broken item, please take a photograph of the damage and send it to info@dokiltd.co.uk immediately so we can resolve the issue for you.
